What data we collect

This site requires no registration and uses no tracking or profiling tools. We only process the data you voluntarily submit through the site’s forms (sample or information requests, contact, catalogue downloads, news signup): name, email, optional phone number, professional profile, product of interest and message content. Providing your data is optional, but necessary to receive a reply, the requested catalogues or the newsletter.

Why we process it

To answer your requests (samples, information, commercial contact), send the catalogues you asked for and — only with your explicit consent — update you on new collections. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent (art. 6.1.a) for communications.

How we process it

Forms are handled through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the data to the controller by email and acts as data processor; the service may process data on servers outside the European Union with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through the Mailchimp platform (Intuit Inc., USA), which acts as data processor and stores subscribers’ email addresses on servers that may be located outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR; subscription requires email confirmation (double opt-in) and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message. Data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for automated profiling.

Hosting and technical browsing data

The site is served through a hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare Pages) which, in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse, temporarily processes technical browsing data — such as IP addresses and request logs — as data processor, on servers that may be located outside the European Union with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in the security and operation of the site. This data is not used to identify or profile visitors.

Retention

For the time needed to handle your request and the subsequent commercial contacts; for consent-based communications, until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@styleditions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
